A friend asked me to ID this photo for him but the best I can come up with is some sort of Cotinga.  Can you confirm that and/or offer any more specific thoughts?  Thanks!!!  Also, sorry I had to do this through the “submit” feature, but he emailed me the photo so I couldn’t just link it in a question…
